Spring is Just Around the Corner

It’s been quite a long winter here in the midwest. We received more snow this year than the last two years combined. I’m a summer girl at heart, so it takes a little extra energy for me to stay positive during the winter months. I do appreciate the slower pace of winter and how it allows for more indoor projects without the guilty pull to spend time outside soaking up the beautiful weather. I do have to say, I did accomplish quite a few things this winter, such as cleaning out our storage room, organizing my digital photos, and moving my product fulfillment area to the lower level of our house (more in a later post!). However, I am definitely ready for a change of season, and luckily, am seeing hope on the horizon as the temps start to slowly creep up and I hear the falling of icicles as they melt off of our roof and pummel to the ground.

With spring just around the corner, I have been bursting to share our new spring collection with you! This release introduces new colorways into our collection along with new illustrative cards and mini cards in our signature modern style.

And finally, we added some fresh new colors to our Slim Notebook collection! Now available in Dusty Rose, Blush and Steel Gray. The original release of Slim Notebooks included only black and natural cover options. I received such a good response to these, I thought I would add to the collection and bring a little color into the mix for spring. I love keeping these little guys around the house, whether it be in a kitchen drawer or in my bedside table. You never know when inspiration may strike or you need to jot down a little note. As I write this post, I’m realizing this might be the answer to the gratitude journal I’ve been wanting to start. Lately, I have had the desire to begin a simple gratitude journal, where at the end of each day I jot down 3 things that I’m grateful for. I thought it would be a good way to reflect on my day, take pause, and appreciate even the littlest of things. I think keeping it easy and simple seems very manageable and a practice I will actually stick with. I’m thinking spring, such a time of renewal, would be the perfect season to start.
