This is my fourth Daily Pause Journal, and I write in it every day. It has wonderful little questions, like what makes me grateful and where do I see beauty. I also like keeping track of exercise and water. I would be lost without it.
I use this notebook every day as planner and accountability check-in for all things work-related and personal. I really appreciate the box for intentions and gratitude!

I am very happy with my purchase. The journal has helped me reflect on each day and find something I am thankful for. Even if it is as small as being thankful that someone let me in on the freeway! I feel happier and have less stress now that I have started keeping this journal.
