POSITION: Production Assistant

STATUS: Part-time employee

COMMITMENT: 15-20 hours/week; M-F daytime hours

LOCATION: in-person

 

OVERVIEW OF POSITION: 

We are looking for a production assistant to help with preparing and packaging stationery products for order fulfillment. No experience required. We will train on all processes. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fold and sleeve cards
• Package desk items - notepads, notebooks, etc
• Quality check products to make sure they are up to our high-quality standards
• Help to reduce errors and issues reported with products
• Help with keeping studio organized and efficient
• Helping put away and document product inventory
• Inventory counting
• Responsibilities may expand

• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Ability to lift boxes 35 lbs +
• Available 15-20 hours per week (with room to grow)
• Able to work daytime hours, M-F

POSITION: Retail Shipping Coordinator

STATUS: Part-time employee

COMMITMENT: 15-20 hours/week; M-F daytime hours

LOCATION: in-person

 

OVERVIEW OF POSITION: 

We are looking for a retail shipping coordinator to prepare and ship stationery products for order fulfillment for our retail (direct to consumer) division. No experience is necessary. We will train. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately pick product for individual orders & safely package them for shipping
• Get orders shipped in a timely manner - within 2 business days
• Print packing slips & shipping labels
• Help in coordinating package pick-ups for USPS and FedEx 
• Help to improve quality care in our product shipments
• Help to reduce errors & issues reported with orders
• Assist in packaging product in preparation for shipment
• Quality check products to make sure they are up to our high-quality standards
• Oversee customer service inquiries (via email) for the direct to consumer division
• Responsibilities may expand
