FAQ
When will my order ship?
Orders ship in 3-4 business days from our studio in Omaha, Nebraska. Delays may occur during peak times, such as sales. Depending on the US region, orders can take anywhere between 1-7 business days to be delivered. We do offer some optional shipping upgrades when you are checking out. For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. For wholesale orders and terms, please visit our wholesale page.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship our orders via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Tracking information will always be provided.
What is your return policy?
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@ramonaandruth.com within 7 days, including a photo of the product, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. Unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, with return shipping covered by the customer.
Are your products available for wholesale?
Yes! Please visit our wholesale page to fill out a short application and view our wholesale catalog.
Do you offer custom work?
We do not letterpress print artwork for other artists, but do take on a limited amount of custom design work througout the year. Email us at hello@ramonaandruth.com for availability.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes! However, we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments. These fees or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to your order.
