Our typical turnaround time is 4-5 business days, but turnaround times may vary. If you need your order expedited, please let us know what your desired time frame is, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.
Payment can be made by credit card or check payable to Ramona & Ruth.
Payment is processed at the time of shipment.
Net 30 terms on approved credit.
You will be notified of any backordered items, and the remainder of your order will continue to ship unless otherwise directed. Once an item is back in stock, it will ship out immediately free of charge. All backordered items will be invoiced at time of original purchase order.
All Ramona & Ruth products are made in the USA, using local vendors whenever possible. All cards, envelopes and notepads are produced with FSC certified paper (paper that has been harvested in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner).
returns, exchanges, cancellations
Returns and exchanges must be made and postmarked within 5 days of receiving your order. All products must be unused and in original packaging. Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
