Quarterly Overview Planner

I purchased the Quarterly Overview Planner at the beginning of the year and it is easily the best system I’ve used. The structure is beautiful—the monthly and weekly views provide a great high-level bird's-eye view, while the daily 2-page spreads offer just enough guidance without feeling overwhelming. I’ve struggled with undated planners in the past, but because this is only for a quarter, it feels manageable and actually helps my consistency.

The aesthetic touches are stunning: the font choices, paper weight, and the brass page marker make it feel incredibly elegant. I also love that the spiral design allows it to lay perfectly flat.

A couple of 'wish list' items for future versions:

Cover Durability: After 5 weeks, I’m seeing some slight separation and wear on the cardboard corners. I’d love to see a more durable cover material.

Book Band: It would be amazing if Ramona & Ruth offered a book band! Having a way to keep the un-spiraled side held together would really help reduce that wear and tear when it’s in my bag.

Overall, this is a functional work of art. It’s not 'more' than I need, which is the challenge I’ve had with other planners. Highly recommend!

I am on the hunt this year for a journal that works for my life and brain, and ultimately landed on trying out this quarterly planner. And let me tell you, if you aren't won over with their website styling, you will be smitten the second you open up that package with your new planner. This planner checks all the boxes, sleek and classic styling, spiral bound, and the perfect size. It launches straight into substance, without making you fill out a dozen reflective prompts to pump you up. I find that the format keeps you honed in on your potential goals and values through the year, while managing the daily things that make you feel like you're progressing towards the big things. The quarterly format helps lower the rollover requirements of a monthly planner or the overwhelm of a yearly planner. I have loved using this journal as my mind's home base, it has even become an inspiration to start journaling a little bit each day which I have not done for many years. Ramona & Ruth's clear eye for detail and utilitarianism has brought up a love of stationary I didn't know I had, and I look forward to trying additional products.

I was not a planner girlie until I used this planner. I recommend this to everyone! I went from never finding a planner that worked to looking forward to using my planner daily. It is worth the cost.

This planner is an absolute must for anyone who is feeling overwhelmed, or who wants to be more organized! It has been essential with helping me plan out my weeks for both personal and professional reasons!
